Bookings are a high priority and will have a response in a short timely matter.
Bookings can only be made directly through our website, through email or by calling us directly to ensure a time efficiently process.
Bookings and confirmation should be made as early as possible.
This will give us enough time to create a custom trip perfect for you and secure the perfect accommodations.
We prefer your bookings be made at least 3 months in advance.
Details such as diet requirements and specific food allergies are important to mention in order to avoid further surprises during the trip.
This should be explained in detain while booking your trip Please let us know special events such as anniversaries, birthdays, honeymoon prior to your arrival.
30% Deposit is required to confirm a booking, The final 70% payment will be due one month before your arrival, so we have enough time for preparations of park permits, vouchers, accommodation, etc.
Should the booking be done less than 30 days before arrival, full payment is required to confirm the booking
Cancellations must be received in writing by emailing direct to Explore Travel Advisors.
We work with different vendors/suppliers who in case of cancellation charge fees, which they in turn pass on to us.
Therefore, reservations that are cancelled reduced in length of stay or in number of people, are subject to cancellation fees.
If you must cancel before your trip, your money will be returned, less the cancellation fees (below).
Following is the scale for cancellation charges:
20% (of the total cost of the trip) if made more than 60 days or more prior to arrival date of which your travel was going to start.
50% (of the total cost of the trip) if cancelled between 31 and 60 days prior to arrival date of which your travel was going to start.
75% (of the total cost of the trip) if cancelled between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival date of which your travel was going to start.
100% (the total cost of the trip) if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival date of which your tour was going to start.
All amendments should be made within 14 days after confirming the booking date.
We recommend that you purchase a travel protection plan to help protect you and your trip investment.

Special treatment and care are a crucial part of Explore Travel Advisors to accommodates guests with various disabilities on safaris, but there are some limitations.
Explore Travel Advisors vehicles are not equipped with a lift for wheelchair bound guests.
We also do not have wheelchairs, so guests who need them will need to travel with the ambulatory equipment they bring with them.
Once a tour is booked, a client is guaranteed to be picked up at the entry point & continue from start to the end of the trip(exit point)
